The Safee Driver App is a central platform that helps drivers manage their daily activities, including journeys, tasks, vehicle information, navigation, and AVL tracking. Upon login, drivers see a personalized dashboard displaying their upcoming and ongoing work, with quick access to all tools they need. It simplifies operations while ensuring compliance and safety throughout the day.
The AVL feature turns a driver’s smartphone into a real-time tracking device. Once assigned to a vehicle and activated, AVL provides live location, speed, distance covered, and event data to the Safee platform. It also continues tracking in the background. At the end of a trip, the driver receives a detailed summary, and all past trips can be reviewed for full visibility and accountability.
Drivers can view all assigned tasks and journeys, categorized by status (Pending, Scheduled/Ongoing, or Completed). Completing tasks is simple... drivers answer the required fields and submit. For journeys, drivers can review route details, begin navigation, and track progress from start to finish. This organization ensures clarity, accuracy, and streamlined workflow management.
The Waste Management Module gives fleets full visibility and control over their waste collection operations. It eliminates manual data entry, reduces errors, and provides real-time insight into which containers were collected, when, and by which vehicle. This transforms waste collection into a more efficient, accurate, and accountable process.
Each waste container receives a unique RFID tag that is automatically scanned during collection. This automation removes the need for paperwork or manual logging. Every scan is linked to the collecting vehicle, ensuring precise tracking of container activity without additional effort from the driver.
The Vehicle–Container History Report shows which containers were scanned, along with exact timestamps and locations, all within a selected date range. Fleet managers can export this data for further analysis or sharing. The Waste Container Explorer also displays real-time collection activity, recently scanned containers, and complete history per vehicle for detailed operational oversight.
The safee Commands Service enables a direct connection with your tracking devices, allowing you to query their status, adjust configurations, and execute various control commands with ease. It also provides access to past commands and multiple methods for sending new ones, making device and fleet management more streamlined and efficient.
safee supports multiple command execution methods:
Transient Commands: Sent instantly, one at a time, with real-time responses.
