Shareable Monitoring Link
In Arabicرابط مشاركة صفحة المراقبة
A temporary web link that lets an outside party watch a vehicle or group of vehicles live on a map without an account.
What is a shareable monitoring link in fleet management?
A shareable monitoring link gives a customer, contractor or partner a view of specific vehicles for a limited time, without an account on the tracking platform. It lets a consignee watch a delivery approach, or brings another party into a particular job.
Safee calls it the Shareable Monitoring Link. It can cover one vehicle, a group of vehicles or a whole branch, with a validity set in hours, after which it expires on its own.
How it works
- 1Link created for vehicle or group
- 2Its validity is set in hours
- 3The link stops working when it expires
Why does a shareable monitoring link matter in fleet management?
Every call asking where the truck is costs control-room time. A link puts the answer on the customer's own screen without exposing the rest of the fleet or handing out a permanent login. Because validity is limited, sharing ends with the job and fleet data does not stay exposed.
What you gain
- Fewer where-is-it calls
- No account or password
- Expires automatically
How does Safee help you share your vehicles' live location?
Safee lets you share a vehicle or a group of vehicles through a temporary link with a validity set in hours, which the other party opens in any browser with no account or password. The consignee follows the delivery on their own, and sharing ends automatically with the job, so the fleet does not stay exposed.
A field example
A pharmaceutical distributor in Abu Dhabi was fielding around 60 calls a day from hospital pharmacies asking for arrival times. The supervisor started sending each hospital a four-hour link to its delivery van as it left the warehouse. Pharmacists began watching the van approach and preparing to receive it. Within the first month calls dropped below 15 a day.

It expires automatically once the validity period, set in hours when it is created, has passed.
Can one link cover several vehicles?
