We are pleased that the Tracom ST100, a device under our Tracom hardware brand, is now OPAL approved for in-vehicle monitoring in Oman. Our partner FMSi announced the approval today, highlighting safety requirements in the oil and gas sector.

The approval applies to the combination of Tracom ST100 and the FMSiTrack platform as one vehicle monitoring system, and FMSi offers the device integrated with its platform.
FMSi links the system to in-cabin alerts, driver behavior monitoring, and continued operation when a vehicle loses its connection to the server.
What this means for our customers
The offering is available in the Omani market through FMSi, which lists Tracom among the technology partners on its solutions page.
The approval applies specifically to the Tracom ST100 and FMSiTrack system in Oman.
About Tracom
Tracom is our in-vehicle hardware brand, and Tracom devices work with the Safee fleet management platform. The device processes data on board, applies configurable operating rules, and issues driver alerts. It also stores readings when the cellular network drops and sends them when coverage returns.
