Fleet Compliance

In Arabicامتثال الأسطول

In short

Keeping vehicles, drivers and operations within the rules set by regulators and clients: permits, inspections, tracking, load limits and driving standards.

What is fleet compliance?

Fleet compliance covers everything a fleet must prove to keep working: valid registrations, inspections and operating cards; licensed drivers within driving-hour limits; loads within legal weights; tracking feeds that regulators require; and client standards such as IVMS policies. Failure means fines, grounded vehicles or lost contracts.

The tracking platform holds much of the evidence: due dates, weights, regulator feeds and driver-behaviour reports.

How it works

  1. 1List each rule and its owner
  2. 2Track dates and feeds in the system
  3. 3Review exceptions on a schedule

Why does fleet compliance matter?

Single violations are rarely expensive in themselves; the cost is the truck stopped at a checkpoint, the reefer load rejected, the contract lost at audit. One view of due dates and exceptions turns compliance from firefighting into routine.

What you gain

  • Fewer fines and grounded vehicles
  • Audit evidence on hand
  • Expiries seen in advance

How does Safee help you keep your fleet compliant?

Safee brings compliance evidence into one place: alerts before inspections and operating cards expire, direct links to platforms such as WASL and Madinati, and weight, temperature and driver-behaviour data. You go into an audit with the figures ready instead of collecting them from scattered files.

A field example

Abu Dhabi · Construction logistics

A construction-logistics firm in Abu Dhabi with 180 trucks and plant items kept collecting fines for expired registrations and inspections. It entered every vehicle's expiry dates and named an owner for each site. In the first month the weekly review caught 26 renewals due within 30 days. Compliance fines fell from 11 in the previous half-year to one in the following six months.
