Release 6.9.2: Unified Offline Thresholds and Daily Driving Alarm

Release 6.9.2 unifies how a vehicle is considered offline and adds an alarm that watches for drivers exceeding their daily driving time.
How it differs from Driver Excessive Accumulative Driving
The new alarm fires immediately when the threshold is exceeded and resets its violation counter at the end of the configured driving day. The existing Driver Excessive Accumulative Driving alarm keeps accumulating the violation until the configured next execution time, and only then triggers.
