Release 6.4.2: Names and Dates for Alarm-Driven Commands

Release 6.4.2 adds new columns to the alarm-driven commands page to make commands easier to recognize and track.
When a command is scheduled through an alarm, the name of the scheduling instance is shown on the commands page, so you know which alarm triggered the scheduled action.
