Release 3.14.1: KIMAX Trailer ID and Geofence Movement Report

Release 3.14.1 includes fixes and minor updates. Its documentation page also describes the changes introduced in release 3.14.0: trailer identification via a KIMAX message, a vehicle geofence movement details report and an enhanced advanced trip report.
The idle time ratio = (trip idle time ÷ total duration) × 100; the consumption rate = fuel consumed ÷ distance; and the idle consumption percentage = (idle fuel ÷ total fuel) × 100. This requires a fuel measurement source to be assigned.
