Release 6.6.8: Splitting Long Trips by Idle Time

Release 6.6.8 lets the Trip Report split long trips into sub-trips by idle time, and improves the maps in vehicle shareable links.
This applies to the trip display in the report only: the full trip is still recorded, but it is now easier to see when the vehicle was actually moving. Invalid sub-trips, according to the invalid trips settings described in release 6.6.0, are not counted.
